No one can escape the fun in Venture Up's Team Survivor & Minute-to-Win-it challenge. Inspired by the two popular TV shows, the combo program is geared to challenge team members individually and as a team to reach new heights of success. Ideal for large and small teams, no one gets voted off -- in fact, success requires team members to rely on each other to employ the talent, skills, creativity and brain power to win.

Team size ranges from 8 to 12 members who together create a team identity and song if they wish. Fitness is not so important as ingenuity, risk-taking and relying on one another. Awards, such as scoring beads, are presented throughout the program for each successful event in a series of challenges leading up to the grand finale, where the entire group of teams re-unite.

The Awards Ceremony is loud and festive, even moreso as the top finishers, usually proud and gloating, receive their medals. Ideal for sales teams and annual meetings.
