Meditation is the intitial part of the sleep process. Designed for corporate executives of all levels, this program allows partcipants to reach their individual meditative state and clear their minds after a series of slow, gentle movements to awaken the core of the body. The program is taught by popular yoga instructors in each community. Participants do not interact during this yoga and meditation activity; it is soley to prepare individuals them for the meeting and activities ahead.
