The caving program is offered exclusively to Venture Up's smaller corporate groups. You won't find platforms and handrails caving Venture Up-style, but you will see spectacular cave formations and learn about caving preservation and conservation in a full-day adventure to remember for a lifetime. Suited for all abilities, the cave experience requires walking, climbing, and some crawling through small passages which open to large and small rooms -- many filled with geological formations.
Under Venture Up's expert direction, participants explore the cave using roping systems to gain access to the cave's roofs and pits. The year round temperature of the cave is about 78 degrees. The underground environment may alter your sense of time; we may be in the cave for 6 hours but it may seem less. The trip requires no prior experience, but this is no nature walk. Recommended only for the adventurous and environmentally aware.
